Critical Thinking:

Regarding this four-person collaborative project, there are several areas warranting reflection. Although I was responsible for drafting the story outline and writing the script in its entirety, I failed to coordinate effectively with my team members regarding subsequent tasks. I had assumed that once the script was completed and discussed with the team, everyone would grasp my intentions. However, it became apparent that each individual’s interpretation differed somewhat, highlighting the crucial importance of a leadership role. I should have been fully engaged throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining efficient communication with team members at every stage. I feel I failed in my leadership duties; the lack of communication during the later stages led to issues with the overall project rhythm. This is something I need to focus on reflecting upon.
